The HPD Transmission Cooler Kit is an oil-to-air cooler that keeps the 200 Series' 6-speed automatic within safe operating temperatures, with an average 22% reduction in ATF temperatures observed in testing.
It is built around HPD's bar-and-plate core (300×200×50mm) with CNC-machined billet alloy end tanks, laser-cut stainless steel brackets, braided hoses rated to 430psi and HPD fittings. Running the transmission cooler externally places less demand on the engine's cooling system and helps extend transmission oil life. The comprehensive, vehicle-specific kit includes everything needed for installation, which HPD recommends be carried out by a qualified mechanic.
