HPD's oil-to-air transmission cooler kit keeps automatic transmission oil within safe operating temperatures when working hard under towing and touring loads, where factory heat-exchanger or in-radiator cooling can struggle and risk overheating. Its bar-and-plate core delivers stable transmission temperatures in extreme conditions, reducing stress on the transmission, prolonging oil life, lowering engine coolant temperatures and helping extend transmission life.
The complete kit includes a 400×110×50mm bar-and-plate core, CNC-machined billet oil adaptor block and end tanks, laser-cut stainless steel mounting brackets, 10mm oil hoses, fittings, support clamps, insulation, hardware and installation instructions. It is designed for easy fitment on winch-equipped vehicles with good ground clearance and high airflow, and professional installation is recommended for safe, reliable operation.
