HPD's oil-to-air transmission cooler kit keeps automatic transmission temperatures stable and safe under heavy towing and touring loads. Unlike factory setups that route trans oil through the radiator or an engine-coolant heat exchanger, this dedicated cooler isolates the two fluids, lowering engine coolant temperatures and removing the risk of an expensive fluid-mixing failure.
The complete kit suits the Toyota LandCruiser 100 Series with the 1HD-FTE engine and includes a 400×110×50mm bar and plate core, laser-cut stainless steel bracketry, CNC-machined end tanks, 10mm hoses, fittings and installation instructions. It prolongs transmission oil life, reduces stress on the transmission and improves fuel economy for a longer transmission life. HPD recommends fitment by a qualified mechanic.
