This HPD direct-fit turbo upgrade kit delivers safe, reliable power and torque for the Nissan Patrol GU with the 4.2L TD42T/TI engine. It centres on a Garrett GTX2860R turbocharger matched to HPD's custom rear direct-fit turbine housing, which bolts straight onto the factory turbo manifold and works with factory or aftermarket dump pipes and most GU exhaust systems.
The kit includes braided oil and water lines and HPD's custom 3″ aluminium mandrel-bent air intake piping. Paired with a Series 2 intercooler and a 3″ exhaust, the GTX2860R base setup can produce around 120–140kW at the wheels with supporting modifications on standard tyres. Intercooler and turbo upgrade options are available, and the kit is backed by a 1 year warranty.
