The HPD VNT Boost Controller is built for Nissan Patrol ZD30 CRD and DI engines and any other vehicle running a vacuum-actuated (VNT) turbocharger. It is manufactured in Australia to the quality and performance standard associated with the HPD brand.
It lets the driver adjust turbo boost to lift engine power, reduce turbo lag and produce a more linear boost curve. Reducing boost spikes also minimises the risk of over-boosting, which can damage the turbo's internals, and it complements HPD intercoolers and catch cans.
